Screen Printing

Screen printing is the classic of textile printing and still the unbeatable choice for printing clear logos in large volumes. A separate screen is made for each colour and the ink is pulled through it onto the fabric. The result is a sharp, opaque and highly wash-resistant print.

When to choose screen printing?

  • Large runs – the unit price drops significantly as quantity grows
  • T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and cotton tote bags
  • Logos with 1–4 solid colours
  • Event shirts, staff apparel and promotional products

Strengths

  • Best unit price for large runs – the setup cost is spread across the whole batch
  • Strong, opaque colours even on dark fabrics
  • Excellent wash resistance when done right
  • Consistent quality across the entire run

Good to know

  • Setup cost: each colour requires its own screen, so for small runs (under ~30 pcs) digital or transfer printing is often more economical.
  • Colour count: best suited to logos of 1–4 colours. Gradients and photos are produced with digital techniques.
  • Colours are mixed to the PMS colour chart, so your brand colours reproduce accurately.
  • Print placements freely: chest, back, sleeve – including large back prints.
