Terms and conditions of delivery

Effective as of June 30, 2026. Updated September 23, 2026 (webshop name and contact information).

1. Seller information

These terms are applied by:

  • Company: Futucon Oy (hereinafter "Seller")
  • Webshop name: RESORI
  • Business ID: 2310511-2
  • Address: Ohrahuhdantie 2 A, 00680 Helsinki
  • Email: resori@futucon.fi
  • Webshop: resori.fi

2. Scope and customer groups

These terms apply to all orders placed through the Seller's webshop and to contracts between the Seller and the customer.

Some terms depend on whether you are a consumer customer or a business or organization customer:

  • Consumer customer is a natural person who acquires products primarily for a purpose other than business operations. The Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) applies to consumer customers.
  • Business and organization customer is a company, association, club, public entity, or other organization that acquires products for business or other activities. The Consumer Protection Act does not apply to such customers; instead, the Sale of Goods Act (355/1987) and these terms apply to the transaction.

3. Products and ordering

3.1 Products

The Seller sells, among other things, customized clothing, workwear, high-visibility products, headwear, bags, and corporate gifts for the needs of companies, associations, and clubs. Products may be either standard products, which are delivered as they are, or customized products, which are manufactured or modified according to the customer's wishes (e.g., logo embroidery or printing, color choices according to customer preference, personalization, or other customer-specific customization).

3.2 Formation of the contract

A binding contract is formed once the Seller has confirmed the order with an order confirmation or has started delivering the order. The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order, for example, due to the product being sold out or an obvious pricing or typographical error.

3.3 Approval of customized products

For customized products, the Seller provides the customer with a proof or a sample image before production begins. Production will only start after the customer has approved the proof. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the materials (logos, texts, colors) they provide and for ensuring they have the right to use such material. A product manufactured in accordance with an approved proof is considered to be in conformity with the contract.

4. Prices and value-added tax

Product prices are stated in the webshop in euros. For consumer customers, prices are stated inclusive of value-added tax. Shipping costs and any other potential costs are indicated before confirming the order. The Seller reserves the right to make price changes; the price valid at the time of the order applies to the order.

5. Payment methods

The payment methods available in the webshop are listed at checkout (e.g., payment cards, online banking, and other payment methods offered by Shopify Payments and Paytrail, as well as invoicing for business customers). Invoicing, payment terms, and default interest for business customers are agreed upon separately.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery methods and costs

Delivery methods and their costs are displayed at checkout before confirming the order. We use the following carriers, among others, for deliveries: DHL, PostNord, and Posti.

6.2 Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is provided in connection with the product or order. For customized products, the delivery time is calculated from the approval of the proof. The stated delivery times are estimates.

6.3 Delay in delivery

If the delivery is significantly delayed, the Seller will notify the customer of the delay and the new estimated delivery time. The rights of a consumer customer in the event of a delivery delay are determined according to the Consumer Protection Act.

6.4 Damaged or incorrect delivery

Please inspect the shipment upon receipt. If the product is damaged during transit or the delivery is incorrect, notify the Seller without delay as per section 8.

7. Right of cancellation

7.1 Consumer customer's right of cancellation (standard products)

In accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer customer has the right to cancel a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The Seller must be notified of the cancellation unequivocally (e.g., via email or by using the cancellation form) before the expiration of the deadline.

In case of cancellation: the customer must return the product within 14 days of the cancellation notice; the customer is responsible for the return costs unless otherwise stated; the Seller will refund payments within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice and may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the customer has provided proof of having sent it. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product if the product has been handled in a manner other than what is necessary to determine its characteristics.

7.2 Customized products – no right of cancellation

According to Section 16 of Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer customer does not have a right of cancellation when the contract concerns a product that is manufactured or modified according to the customer's requirements or to meet clear personal needs (e.g., custom printing, embroidery, labeling, or other personalization). Such customized products cannot be cancelled or returned if they are without defects. This does not limit the customer's right to invoke a product defect in accordance with section 8 (e.g., manufacturing defects will be corrected).

7.3 Business and organization customers

Business and organization customers do not have a statutory right of cancellation or return. Orders placed – including standard and customized products – are binding. A potential right of exchange or return may be agreed upon separately. The right to invoke a product defect remains as per section 8.

8. Product defects and complaints

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the products are in conformity with the contract. Manufacturing and material defects, as well as other product defects, will be corrected – primarily by repairing or delivering a flawless product in its place, or if that is not possible, by refunding the product. This also applies to customized products.

A defect is considered to be, for example, a manufacturing or material fault, printing or embroidery that deviates from the approved proof due to the Seller's error, or a wrong delivered product or quantity. The end result being in accordance with the customer-approved proof, a result caused by incorrect material provided by the customer, or normal color variations or dimensional tolerances in textile products are not considered defects.

Complaint: Notify the Seller of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it at resori@futucon.fi. Include the order number and a picture of the defect, if possible. A consumer customer's complaint is considered to be made in time when it is made within two months of discovering the defect.

9. Limitation of liability

The Seller's liability is always limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the defective product. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages to business and organization customers. For consumer customers, the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act are observed, and this section does not limit the consumer's statutory rights. The Seller is not liable for any delay or defect caused by force majeure (section 12).

10. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes primarily directly with the customer. Please first contact our customer service: resori@futucon.fi.

Consumer customers: If a dispute cannot be resolved, the consumer can refer the matter to Consumer Advisory Services (www.kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonnan) and, if necessary, to the Consumer Disputes Board for a decision (www.kuluttajariita.fi). The Consumer Disputes Board may require that the customer has first been in contact with Consumer Advisory Services. For cross-border e-commerce disputes, the European Consumer Centre provides assistance (www.ecc.fi).

11. Personal data

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation (EU General Data Protection Regulation). The Privacy Policy is available on our webshop.

12. Force majeure

The Seller is not responsible for any delay or damage caused by an obstacle beyond the Seller's reasonable control (e.g., natural disaster, strike, war, production or delivery disruption at a partner factory, or an official order).

13. Applicable law and changes to terms

These terms and the contract are subject to Finnish law. The Seller reserves the right to change these terms; the terms valid at the time of the order apply to the order.

14. Responsibility and packaging

The Seller complies with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR) and other applicable product and environmental legislation, including producer responsibility obligations for packaging. Read more on our Sustainability page.
