Digital & Transfer Printing
Digital print methods make photo-quality, multicolour designs possible without setup costs – which makes them the best choice for small and medium runs, and for logos with many colours or gradients.
DTF transfer (Direct to Film)
The design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder and heat-pressed onto the product. DTF is the workhorse of modern transfer printing:

- Works on almost every material: cotton, polyester, blends, softshell
- Thanks to the white base layer, colours stay bright even on dark fabrics
- Flexible and stretchy – does not crack in the wash
- No setup costs, so affordable even for small runs
Digital printing (DTG)
The design is printed directly onto the fabric with textile ink. The print is thin and breathable – it feels like part of the garment. At its best on light cotton products and photographic designs.
When to choose digital or transfer?
- A multicolour logo, gradients or a photo
- Small and medium runs – even single pieces
- A tight schedule
- Technical materials that screen printing or embroidery cannot handle
Good to know
- For large runs with a simple logo, screen printing is often more economical.
- For the best result, supply your logo as vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS) or a high-resolution PNG.
- You always receive a proof for approval before production.
